Automotive electronic modules require conductive threads for grounding or signal transmission. Our lead-free brass insert nuts offer ≥28% IACS conductivity, RoHS compliant, suitable for PCBs, BMS, sensors, etc. Press into plastic bosses or metal panels to create reusable threads. 48hr sampling.

In battery management systems (BMS), on-board chargers, or sensor modules, conductive threads are often required in plastic housings or thin metal panels for grounding or signal transmission. Traditional steel nuts have insufficient conductivity, and plating may increase contact resistance. Lead-free brass naturally offers high conductivity without additional plating for low-resistance connections.
Our insert nuts are designed for press-in installation into injection molded plastic bosses (heat staking or ultrasonic) or into metal panels as thin as 0.5mm. Threads are rolled for high strength and no burrs. Lead-free material complies with RoHS 2.0 and REACH, with third-party test reports included.
