Advanced Manufacturing Technology

The limit of precision stamping lies in the comprehensive accuracy of die and equipment. We have introduced Japanese AIDA high-speed presses and German die machining centers, with stamping speeds up to 800 SPM while maintaining ±2μm repeat positioning accuracy in dynamic state.

Our dies use high-strength powder metallurgy steel, vacuum heat-treated to HRC62-64 for excellent wear resistance. For thin material stamping, we've developed micro-clearance die technology with clearance controlled at 3%-5% of material thickness, significantly reducing burr and rollover. CMM sampling reports are provided for each batch with traceable dimensions.
