Used them for a deep drawn stainless steel part that we previously imported from Italy with long lead times. The quality is comparable, and the price was about 12% lower. Delivery took 18 days instead of 15, but they informed me proactively. Good enough for a trial order. Will see how mass production goes.

Ordered 200 small stamped clips for a sensor housing. The critical slot tolerance was specified as ±0.02mm. My incoming inspection showed 197 pieces within spec, 3 pieces at 0.023mm – still usable for our prototype. They included a CMM report which matched my measurements mostly. Acceptable for a first run.

We had a stamped bracket with an unusual bend that two local shops declined. Tingfeng took it on. The first sample had one minor dimension off by 0.1mm, but they fixed it on the second try and covered the extra shipping. End result works fine for our assembly. No issues so far.
