Product Description
Spring contacts are core components for switching control and signal transmission in switches and connectors. Our phosphor bronze spring contacts achieve precise contact surface geometries and stable elastic force through precision stamping forming. Phosphor bronze offers excellent conductivity (approximately 15% IACS), fatigue resistance, and elastic memory, suitable for high-frequency switching operations and long-term use. Silver or gold plating controls contact resistance below 20mΩ while ensuring oxidation and corrosion resistance.
