Needed a fine blanked connector part with zero burr on the shear edge. Other vendors quoted high tooling cost. Tingfeng‘s tooling was 20% less expensive, and the sample parts arrived with clean edges – no secondary deburring needed. We’ve placed a production order for 5,000 pieces. So far, so good.

Delivery took 18 days instead of 15, but they informed me proactively. Good enough for a trial order. Will see how mass production goes.
